About Me

I am about to be 27 years old and am applying to medical schools. I have taken various courses in the hard and soft sciences areas. I love the satisfaction one attains when somebody finally gets that "a ha!" moment in a subject they have had struggles with. I have tutored for maryland/towson">towson-university">maryland/towson">towson university in anatomy and physiology for the past year and a half as well as privately for 5+ years. I fully believe in gardner's theory of multiple intelligences and seek to understand how each individual truly learns.
My goals as a maryland/maryland/baltimore">baltimore">tutor are not to re-teach but have the student seek to comprehend the material and be able to apply it to the world around us. In keeping with the theory of multiple intelligences I am a firm believer that every person learns in a different way, wether it be trough hearing, seeing, or doing, or any combination thereof, it is always best to find out how the student will learn the best.
