I'm currently attempting to join the Army and am in my school's AROTC (Army Reserve Officer Training Corps) program.
If you're trying to do the same thing (join the Army), then I've got plenty of information that could help aid you in your decision.
I've even taken the ASVAB and gotten a 96 on my first try so I could even give you a little insight as to how the test would be like, if you're interested.

About Me

I'm a 19 year old Temple University sophomore from North Jersey, close to Staten Island.
Most of my experience with philadelphia">tutoring has been volunteer work for either my high school or the nearby Army Recruiting Office since they really needed some help and not many people are particularly fond of the idea of working for free.
The people I've worked with, however, have enjoyed my teaching experience and have even contacted me on numerous occasions for further help despite the fact that the agreed-on arrangement was solely for whenever I was in the office.

In the past, I've tutored individuals with difficulties with basic algebraic functions for the ASVAB (Army Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) and assisted a number of fellow classmates struggling and/or failing with math-related subjects such as statistics, college algebra, and pre-calculus.
In other environments, I've also tutored individuals in Japanese and other varying levels of mathematics as well as English comprehension for high school students.

To begin with, as I philadelphia">tutor, I like to find out what my student is really having trouble with and then try to start from the bottom up to reach that point in hopes to let them find the mistake(s) they had made earlier on. By checking their level of understanding of the topic, I then use that information to properly gauge the level of difficulty I should make our practice problems. From that point, I then follow them step-by-step through their problem-solving process to completely explain the problem at hand until they've gotten a clear grasp of the concept at hand.
