Fun Facts

I have cheered for 8 years and plan to continue for several more years. My favorite animal is penguins. I have a penguin mood ring and sometimes just like to look up penguin pictures. I have only been to 4 different states and Canada but would like to travel to all 7 continents. My number one place I'd like to visit is Juneau Alaska.

About Me

I am an 18 year old freshman at University of Colorado Denver. I'm majoring in Pre-Nursing. I recently moved from San Diego where I graduated Westview High School with a 3.69 and a member of AVID for all four years.

I do not have any professional experience with denver">tutoring but I have helped many friends and neighbors in the past with their math and science classes whether it be working out problems or studying vocabulary. I was apart of a club in high school called AVID where we had denver">tutors help us 3 days a week with classes and study techniques. Observing them has taught me a lot about the approaches to take when denver">tutoring someone and certain techniques that are helpful when trying to figure out a problem or studying.

I know that math and science does not come easily to everyone like it did for me. I love finding different ways to solve problems and have learned some approaches to difficult problems. I was also taught many different studying techniques that I can introduce and find which one is most suitable for each individual student.
