Tackling the MCAT

MCAT (Medical College Admissions Test) is an entrance exam required for medical schools. It includes 4 sections, each about 90-95 minutes long, in the following subjects: Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological Systems, Critical Analysis and Reasoning Skills, Biological and Biochemical Foundations of Living Systems and Psychological, Social and Biological Foundations of Behavior. This test covers a wide range of topics, and preparing for this test can be a little daunting. The key to successfully tackling the MCAT is a good MCAT study schedule. It is important to plan far in advance when you want to take the exam and to schedule an adequate amount of time for studying EVERY DAY leading up to the exam. By spreading out your study time, you will be able to cover all the material and take multiple practice exams! Good Luck!
