How students can "BE THE CHANGE!"

 "Be the Change"

Gandhi, known all over the world for his non-violent protest methods and bringing human rights to many in his country of India; believed we should start within to effect change in the world. Change can start RIGHT NOW, by changing yourself.

When you are conscious to remain peaceful, chill, and calm; you will begin to naturally embody qualities inviting the same energy in response. Keep focused on your goal and you'll be feeling calm and courageous in no time.
You will naturally start to serve others as you gain clarity in how to create the world you desire!

How can you "Be the Change?"

You get to decide how you will manifest change, starting right now with yourself. Perhaps you'll be of service to stray animals in your neighborhood to help increase your community value. Maybe you want to build a community garden effort. Regardless, you own the rights to how you bring about change.
You DO have the potential to be good vibes, for yourself and those around you.

If you feel yourself getting caught up in doubtful or chaotic feelings and thoughts remember this quote from Colin Powell, American politician and retired four-star general, "Perpetual optimism is a forced multiplier." Commit now to create exponential change, starting with your family and friends, by tapping into your inherent good vibe.
Commit to learning to recognize and think about negative self-talk full of doubt and questions about your capabilities. Replace nagging negatives with positive affirmations. Is there a positive thought that could be much closer to reality than pesky negative thought bugs.
Invite in positive affirmations.
Bring joy and beauty to your life's landscape by being positive on purpose.

What does it mean to "Be the Change?"

Gandhi believed we should start within to effect positive change in the world. Change can start RIGHT NOW, by changing yourself. When you are conscious to be peaceful, chill, and calm; you will begin to naturally embody these qualities and invite the same energy in response. You will naturally start to serve others as you gain clarity on how to create the world you want.
You get to decide how you will manifest that change. Perhaps you'll be of service to stray animals in your neighborhood; to help increase your community property value. Maybe you want to build a neighborhood garden effort. Regardless you own the rights to how you affect change starting with yourself.

You do have the potential to be good vibes for yourself and those around you. If you feel yourself getting caught up in doubt  or chaotic feelings and thoughts; remember these words from Colin Powell, "Perpetual optimism is a force multiplier."

Commit right now to tap into your thoughts and evaluate and replace negative self-talk. If you recognize patterns of negative self-talk starting to surface; take a moment to replace these negatives with positive affirmations. Is there a positive thought that could be much closer to the truth than those pesky negative thought bugs? Think of positive affirmations like butterflies fluttering about, bringing joy and beauty to your life landscape.

Happy thoughts!
