I loved how Josselyn structured the session. We did practice questions to get a basis of my knowledge. If I did not know an answer to the question, she would then help me get to the right answer then review why the other answers were not the right one. I am looking forward to the next session.

Debra is passionate about making sure our son Eli is successful. Along with focusing on the actual math skills and strategies, Debra has taken a strong approach at helping our son with organizing himself to ensure he is not just getting homework done on time, but better yet, ahead of time. Debra is also very detailed in her followup commentary, which ensures we know how our son is doing, and what we need to pay attention to. We are very happy with Debra.

Amanda is tutoring our 10 year old son in pre-algebra and she is fantastic. Amanda has been very proactive in getting information from my son's math teacher that even i was unsuccessful in acquiring. She has put that information to work in her tutoring plan and the prioritized approach she takes in teaming with my son to complete homework, prepare for tests and tackle difficult concepts. Lessons aside, Amanda pays very close attention to my son's levels of focus and energy, and has been quick to adjust our duration to optimize the learning. I appreciate her honesty and directness. Her recap of our sessions is very insightful and specific, which helps us understand where our son is struggling and where he's thriving. And most telling of all, our son's pre-algebra grade has improved from a C/76 in grading period 1 to B/83 in grading period 2. Eli has made great progress in his presentation and understanding of the content which Alicia has tutored him on. She has shared tips for saving time and organizing his work, which has resulted in improved grades in Math. We will miss Alicia very much! Eli, Brett and Colleen Marlowe

Colleen helped me through four different college papers for my final class for my bachelors degree. The class was a research and writing class. Her suggestions on content and organization of the of the papers allowed me to get an "A" on every one of them. I would recommend her for tutoring to anyone who needed help writing research papers in college.

Great tutor!

Alicia has prepared herself for my son's unique learning abilities. She is patient with days that Noah is over excited and still manages to present teaching opportunities for him. She is kind and gives me direction as well. It feels like we are working as a team so that we can build Noah's confidence in reading. Noah likes Alicia and looks forward to her visit.
