The first 2 sessions have been great.

Amanda is tutoring our 10 year old son in pre-algebra and she is fantastic. Amanda has been very proactive in getting information from my son's math teacher that even i was unsuccessful in acquiring. She has put that information to work in her tutoring plan and the prioritized approach she takes in teaming with my son to complete homework, prepare for tests and tackle difficult concepts. Lessons aside, Amanda pays very close attention to my son's levels of focus and energy, and has been quick to adjust our duration to optimize the learning. I appreciate her honesty and directness. Her recap of our sessions is very insightful and specific, which helps us understand where our son is struggling and where he's thriving. And most telling of all, our son's pre-algebra grade has improved from a C/76 in grading period 1 to B/83 in grading period 2. We are extremely pleased and look forward to continuing to work with Amanda! Colleen Marlowe

He's very knowledgable, but I just sometimes feel like the situation can get a little wierd when I don't really get something. Like an uncomfortable silence.

Melanya was great ! She connected with Abby and appeared to help Abby learn Chemistry. She was on time, knew her topics and overall was a successful tutor.

Josh is very knowledgeable about biochemistry and knows how to break down complex processes into simple ideas for me to learn them more easily and build them on top of one another. As a result of him having all his old presentations about biochemistry, I am able to learn the information I am struggling with in a different way which helps me understand it more clearly. He is an overall 10/10 tutor and I would recommend him to anyone that needs tutoring assistance.
