I love teaching kids and young adults. I enjoy for keeping up with the latest technologies and innovations in sports specific training. I have a talent for motivating and developing the skills of young athletes. In my spare time I enjoy reading, continuously developing my trade skills, and exercising.

About Me

I am a few credits away from my Master's with a double major in Business Administration and Human Resources. Held a 3.5 GPA from the Florida International University (top 5 percent of elite business schools worldwide accredited by the AACSB International). I received a science/florida/miami">Computer Science Programming Certification from Harvard University's HarvardX. My Licenses & certifications include an International Studies Diploma from Spain, and 7 certifications in education, coaching & business technology.

Experience

I have 15 years of experience in Business Management, Team building, Sales, Marketing, Financial Services, and Leadership. In the recent past, I have focused on Business Technology and Web Development certifications.

Approach

1. Ask what method of teaching they like to figure out what kind of learner they are.
2. Study the topic or subject according to the syllabus, project or assignment.
3. I strive to keep things as creative as possible to keep students engaged.
4. I talk to my students and build rapport with them informing them that sessions and methods are always open for discussion.
5. I analyze the student's feedback, measure their success and adjust a learning plan accordingly to ensure success.
