I love learning new things and explore new fields. Right now I am trying to become a stock trader and hopefully I'll become a millionaire!!! I sing, and play the clarinet. My next instrument will hopefully be the piano, and I would love to take ballet classes!! Who knows what the future will bring. Wonderful things, I'm sure!!

1. Masters Degree in education/florida/miami">Special Education grades K to 12 from phoenix">University of Phoenix

2. Florida Certified Teacher in Special Ed (K-12), and Math grades 5 to 12.

3. Bachelor in Business Administration, major Finance. Knowledge of Stocks Market Trading strategies and analysis, and Technical indicators.

4. Vast experience in advancing students in Math at the school and College levels

5. Vast experience in helping elementary level students to learn to read.

6. Work with students from Pre-K to Master Degree levels, and children with disabilities.

Experience

I have worked educating children of all needs for more than 20 years. Had my own Family Daycare and have been tutoring for more than ten years. Worked as substitute teacher while getting my Master Degree and Teaching Certificate. Had worked as an adult educator for more than 8 years for Miami-Dade College, the Department of Children and Families, and for Miami-Dade County School District. Had taught Intensive Math, Algebra 1 and 2, Math for College Readiness and ESOL to children and adults.

Approach

When working with a new student I assess student's needs, set up goals and plan of action, and provide personalized 1 on 1 tutoring. As a tutor, I help my students acquire the skills needed to be independent learners, know how to solve problems, and overcome challenges. I enjoy seeing my students succeed in their classes and state and college tests. I especially enjoy seeing my students closing learning gaps and understanding concepts they didn't understand before.
