I work as a temporary teacher or a substitute at a headstart preschool. I also work as a tutor for various tutoring agencies.

Experience

I am an experienced substitute teacher. I have experience working as a tutor with various ages and groups of students. I also have experience working with preschool children of various ages and exceptionalities.

Approach

As an immigrant, I understand that it can be daunting to learn a new language and culture. My mission is to make that transition as easy and as pleasant as possible for immigrant children and adults, as well as any other students that are struggling with comprehending new concepts. I strive to explain the concept my students are struggling with in the simplest terms possible. If possible, I use verbal or written explanations, using 2 and 3-dimensional presentations.
