Cherry Hill, New Jersey, is a dynamic suburban community located in Camden County and is one of the region's premier residential and business destinations. Founded as Delaware Township in 1844 and later renamed in 1961 to Cherry Hill after the Cherry Hill Farm that stood at one of the township's busiest intersections, this town combines rich history and modern living seamlessly. Landmarks such as the historic Barclay Farmstead, built in the early 19th century and now a living history museum, and the Cherry Hill Mall, one of the first enclosed shopping malls in the eastern United States, are cultural cornerstones that reflect the town's evolution. With a population that has grown to approximately 71,000 residents as of now, Cherry Hill is a diverse and vibrant community that pays homage to its past while actively shaping its future.

The Cherry Hill High School East and Cherry Hill High School West are the district's two public high schools known for their academic excellence and robust extracurricular programs. Education resources extend beyond the classroom with Cherry Hill Public Library providing extensive collections, digital resources, and events designed to enhance the learning experience for students of all ages.
Despite being mostly a hub for suburban living and schooling, Cherry Hill has limited universities within its boundaries but is in close proximity to a plethora of higher education institutions in the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area. However, local residents pursuing higher education have access to satellite campuses and learning centers like the Camden County College's William G. Rohrer Center, which offers college courses and adult education programs. With a dedication to fostering educational growth, Cherry Hill remains at the forefront of providing its community members with the resources and opportunities needed for life-long learning and success.
