I love working out and hanging out with friends! I also love hiking, drinking coffee and country dancing. I have a dog, cat and 3 siblings.

About Me

I am a recent graduate of Midwestern State University with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in chemistry. I graduated from the honors program and was involved with about 5 organizations and held offices in several of those. I am currently working as an MA in a doctors office and my ultimate goal is to attend PA school.

Experience

I began taking college classes while I was a junior at springs">Dripping Springs High School. I was a peer tutor for a science class, along with a personal tutor after school to help freshman with their Biology and Math classes. I have many hours of science and math due to the nature of my degree.

Approach

In the past I really struggled with understanding massive complex subjects at once and I have adapted to better understand how to break down tough material. This is also how I teach, with having the student reword what I am teaching them and repeat it back to me so I know they actually understand what it being said. I also like using real world examples when applicable and making the material as relatable as possible.
