Outside of school and work, I love to climb! Despite once having a fear of heights, I enjoy rock climbing immensely, be it indoors at a gym or out in the wilderness. I spend my free time drawing and decorating my bullet journal.

About Me

I am a junior Creative Writing major at the chicago">University of Chicago, with my major GPA being 3.9. I plan on attending graduate school for Creative Writing. After graduate school, my goal is to become a literary editor.

Experience

Early in my college career, I tutored elementary and middle school children weekly. I helped them prepare for the TOEFL exam's reading and speaking questions, as well as edited their essays. Recently, I completed a project as Prose Director for an online anthology, where I edited and selected prose submissions.

Approach

When I started teaching my aunts to bullet journal as a kid, I realized that the way I did things was not going to work for everyone. Whether it comes to study habits or essay writing, each person has a different way they learn effectively. As a tutor, I aim to help each student find a system that works for them, so they can find success long after the tutoring session has ended.
