About Me

I graduated Summa Cum Laude graduate with a health sciences major, and I am currently applying to medical schools. I have been on the president's list throughout my college years and have been tutoring students from elementary school to college for six years.

Experience

I have 6 years experience of tutoring students from elementary school up to college seniors. I tutored algebra, pre-cal, calculus , Chemistry, Organic chemistry and biology while in college and I was the only Calculus tutor and Chemistry supplemental instructor for my university. I have won the tutor of the month award for year in a raw.

Approach

I don't believe there is such a thing as a non-intelligent student, just students with different learning styles. Everyone struggles until they find an approach that works for them. I incorporate various learning styles suitable for every person and use real life examples to help the students understand better. I don't teach to memorize but rather understand; that way, the knowledge is encoded.
