I am a very simple, honest and loving person. I am a good learner and like to learn new things that could be related to math. I definitely work hard to achieve my target in time. My hobbies are listening to music, swimming and chatting with people. I always show loyalty to the company that I worked for and I am dependable. I am a good listener as well as a good speaker.

About Me

I am Lei Rong. I immigrated here on 2012. I could speak fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Taishanese. I am almost 23 years old, a senior college student, math major, studying at UMass Boston, I would complete my bachelor degree next year on may. Every semester, I awarded Dean’s List from science department, and awarded direction’s list once from honors program once.

I was a teacher assistant by teaching Kwong Kow Chinese School student math and reading. As a boston">tutor, I was responsible for teaching seven grade students how to write a summary from the short novels and teaching them solve the math problems. In addition, I was responsible for managing them in school disciplines. And learned how to respond kid’s parent questions in order to realize how to contact and deal with different people.

I was an unofficial teacher assistant at University of Manitoba by helping classmates solving Calculus 2 problems. As a teacher assistant, I was responsible for helping classmates in solving questions which they found were hard and difficult for them. Besides, I had to summary all the concepts of the course in order to let the other students could understand it.

Being able to explain the concepts for the students in detail and help the students solve the problems that they feel difficult and confused. In addition, be passionate and patient to help student.
