One passion that people learn about me quickly is that I love animals! I work every day with horses, ponies, an alpaca, chickens, and an array of cats and dogs. They are amazing coworkers!

About Me

I’m a seasoned teacher that loves teaching all ages. I always feel like there’s something more that I can learn - And it’s never too late to do it!
I love what I do, and it’s very important to me that I make a difference in somebody else’s life. Knowledge is power.

Experience

I started my teaching career in 2001 as a tutor, and then as a full-time teacher. I have taught ages from pre-K4 all the way to eighth grade.

Approach

As a young person, I moved around a lot, and math was very difficult for me. I had very little success, and I really had a phobia against it. I have always remember that as a teacher, and I hope that I can take the stress out of learning for some of my students that struggle like I did. I always try to relay a lesson and easy terms, I have my students show me or do it, and I always tell my students that there are no dumb questions.
