Fun Facts

One passion I have is music! I have been exposed to music since I was young and listen to it every day. I taught myself to play the organ at a young age and played flute in elementary school. I was also in chorus. I have a basic playing knowledge of many instruments. I have three pugs and have lived in three states.

About Me

I am a History graduate major at SUNY Brockport. I graduated from SUNY Oswego in Anthropology and achieved a 3.32 GPA. I also graduated cum laude and am in two honor societies. I was on the dean's list throughout all semesters of my associate's degree, which was in math and science (primarily science) and graduated with a regents diploma in high school.

Experience

I have helped both children and adults learn through my various volunteering experiences, which includes at a public library, an art gallery, and a college archaeology museum and lab. I have also worked with the disabled and disadvantaged.

Approach

As a child, I loved school and looked forward to attending. I read the morning announcements over the loudspeaker every day with my best friend. I was friends with all of my teachers and peers, and remain friends with many to this day.
