I’m a Certified ESL instructor from California with 4+ years of experience. I received my bachelors in Sociology from UCSB before moving to Colombia to teach English while perfecting my Spanish skills.

Experience

As a certified ESL instructor I’ve developed course content, personalized lessons, and individualized progress assessments for students of all ages and levels. I specialize in clear communication and accent reduction.

I also work as a scriptwriter for YouTubers who speak English as a foreign language, helping them to produce clear, easily digestible content and aiding in the growth of their channels.

Approach

I believe students learn best when allowed to learn from their mistakes. My laid-back approach encourages students to go beyond simply finding an answer, and instead teaches them to determine why their answer is correct. All students are encouraged to ask questions, and all questions have value.
