I have a few passions, travel, golf, target shooting. My Wife and I have traveled much of Europe and always come home saying "there's no place like home". With Covid-19 I have not been able to enjoy either my shooting or golf. I'm looking at 2022 as a better year for all my passions!

About Me

I have recently relocated from Washington to Texas in 2018 and recently retired from the Boeing Company after 40 years.

Experience

My experience at Boeing provides the right experience required to be successful as a Tutor. My experience at Boeing was all about leadership, teaming and communication with various groups of diverse backgrounds and individuals.
At Boeing, as an Associate Technical Fellow (ATF) my focus was to lead/manage small and large teams to meet current business goals and objectives. My recent experience, the last 5-10 years at Boeing focused on moving Boeing Enterprise Helpdesk (EHD) from legacy technologies and methods to an ITSM ITIL based technologies and best practices. Other responsibilities providing an understanding and support to the Boeing Business included: IT business enabling system compliance assessments, managing 10–15-person assessment teams in non-advocate reviews of executive identified problem business areas, Subsidiary IT asset compliance guidance and Subsidiary re-host from ailing on-premise hosted business system to the Cloud.

Approach

As I have retired from Boeing, I find myself spending a significant amount of time with my grandkids ranging from 5th grade to 7th grade helping with math. Each child communicates and listens differently. I try to talk with them first to understand how to communicate best with them and make a determination where they are having problems.
