About Me
I am a graduate of The University of Georgia. I was on the Dean's List for 3 years, and I was a Hope Scholarship recipient. I have taught students Japanese Language and Literature, and I have helped several people in English, Writing, and Math. I have also spent many years training and teaching others in a corporate setting. Now, I want to focus more on helping others in an academic setting, as it is more rewarding for me. I really enjoy helping others, and I love to find engaging ways to do so!
Experience
I taught students how to read, write, and speak conversationally in Japanese. I have also spent a lot of my time teaching in a corporate setting. I mainly trained other employees and clients on how to use certain technology programs like Salesforce.com and Insightly, and I took them through several Sales and Marketing Training Programs. When it comes down to it, I am a teacher, and I love to help others.
Approach
I have been extremely fortunate to have an amazing education. I've been in private school my whole life, except for college, when I attended The University of Georgia. I was able to attend a bilingual Japanese-English school during elementary school and later, a college preparatory school during middle school and high school. Because of that, I have a solid educational foundation. I am very good at breaking things down into easy steps, while also creating engaging lesson plans!
