About Me

Im a successful retired educator of 30 years . Started working in catholic schools went to Sacramento City Unified and finished up with Grant Joint Union HS District also taught Adult ED ESL ENGLISH, upon retiring started 4 years ago in home LICENSE PRESCHOOL AND CHILDCARE . I had intentions of my wife but recently lost my dearly beloved SHARON to breast cancer. I enjoy and love working with kids of all ages.

Experience

Ive been a successful educator for almost 30 years .AA degree in business BA in behavioral science two MASTERS DEGREES . ONE on education/california/sacramento">SPECIAL EDUCATION the other in EDUCATIONAL COUNSELING. IVE been A MIDDLE SCHOOL COUNSELOR KIT CARSON MIDDLE SCHOOL AND A HIGHSCHOOL COUNSELOR FROSH/SOPH AT HIGHLANDS HS. AS a ADMINISTRATIVE COUNSELOR IVE given SAT TESTS and PREPT students for other college prep tests. IVE given and GED tests and assited ADULT ESL ENGLISH with testing and job placement.

Approach

Install and build confidence in my students. TO create positive reinforcement. TO ensure positive study skills .To create simple forms of foundational skills in math. Such as multiplication, to devlop the basic multiplication skills and create better self confidence in one self. A simple better self confidence that students can acheive success through hard work and dedication both by teacher and student.
