About Me

I have been tutoring math for over 20 years and I used to be a high school math teacher in Los Angeles for nine and a half years until I moved to Nashville to pursue my true passion: music.

Experience

I have tutored math in subjects ranging from elementary school math all the way through college level math. Also, I used to be a math teacher, where I have taught every subject from sixth grade math to Pre-Calculus.

Approach

I believe that in order to truly understand math, the student should know why they're doing what they're doing and why it works instead of just telling them what to do or making them memorize a formula.
