Fun Facts

I went to University in the United Kingdom, where I completed both my undergraduate and graduate degree. I lived there for almost 11 years. I enjoyed a successful tenure as the editor for a University Journal concerning the advancements in Philosophy, Ethics and Mathematical Logic.

About Me

I completed my post-secondary education in the United Kingdom. I completed my BSc in Philosophy and Mathematics from Cambridge University, and I also completed my MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Manchester.

I worked as a teachers assistant during both my undergraduate and graduate courses. I volunteered through a University "outreach" program, in which I traveled to local primary and secondary schools to charlotte">tutor and mentor. I also worked as a private charlotte">tutor whilst at University.

My approach to educating and charlotte">tutoring has always been a pragmatic one. What I've always found to be beneficial is to try and help the student better conceptualize the subject and introduce examples which makes the course material more relevant to them. For example, I was charlotte">tutoring a group of students in calculus on 'rates of change.' As a thought experiment we used a scenario about a Measles epidemic in which to study the rates of change concerning the populations of recovered, infected and susceptible's.
