Approach
As I continue through my education journey, I have realized that learning, and teaching, is a science. Unfortunately, I've encountered difficult learning situations as both a student and a teacher. This has given me a unique perspective as I strengthen my skills and understanding of how people, especially adult learners, learn. Through professional development activities, I have developed a teaching pedagogy that allows me to adapt to all types of learning and the unique needs of each student.
