Fun Facts
In 2016 I relocated from Southern California to the New England Area. Currently, I am a Fraud Investigator in a Special Investigations Unit. I enjoy fishing, kayaking and I am a passionate Los Angeles Dodgers & Boston Celtics fan!
About Me
I am currently enrolled at Lamar University in the Master of Science in Criminal Justice.
Experience
My role is defined as being a subject matter expert on fraud. I provide awareness, and decrease incidence through investigating, detecting, and prosecuting cases. Often one of the most challenging aspects of an
investigator is having excellent conflict resolution skills. This is something I have demonstrated very well in my career by being able to effectively communicate thoughtful and timely decisions. I have the willingness to be flexible, and often use it as a core strength.
Approach
I’m consistently active on fostering meaningful connections with people,
having trust being the biggest support in each relationship. This trust has allowed me to successfully express feedback to my peers and leaders, while allowing others the freedom to share their ideas openly. I often look for opportunities to lead discussions, projects, and groups. Mentoring, and coaching gives me the greatest sense of personal and professional fulfillment.
