Fun Facts
I love how Maths can be applied and connected to Science and Technology and enjoy sharing that with others. On my first attempt, I scored 790 out of 800 in the SAT Math section.
About Me
I recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Tyler. Because of my high school GPA and SAT score, I received a Presidential Fellow scholarship that covered my tuition, housing, and food expenses for four years of my undergraduate study. I majored in science/tennessee/nashville">Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics and had a cumulative GPA of 3.95 (Summa Cum Laude). I am passionate about learning new things and sharing my knowledge with others.
Experience
I have 6 years of experience in teaching computer classes and tutoring high school students in Maths and Science. I often help my friends understand some difficult topics if I have a good grasp of the topics.
Approach
I believe that a good mentor can always help a student to understand and perceive new things in a comfortable manner. The joy I feel when I can help my students and friends understand a concept makes me happy. My approach will be to patiently introduce new concepts to my students and help them develop a proper understanding of the concepts.
