My sweet dog and I love taking walks in nature and going on hikes. I feel blessed to live close to the river and amazing nature trails in my area and you can find me exploring most of the time and enjoying the great outdoors. I have a slight obsession with the Peanuts cartoon, Snoopy is the cutest! My favorite thing color is Yellow because it makes me happy!

Ever since I can remember I have had a passion for working with kids. I am all about hands-on learning, getting messy, and staying inspired! My passion turned into my full-time career as a nanny and teacher. My favorite things to teach are art and music!

Approach

As a child, I had a hard time focusing and absorbing lessons and textbooks that didn't inspire me. I would zone out and find after reading pages of text I couldn't recollect or retain most of what I had just read. I discovered a different approach to visual learning and audio learning was most effective for me. To this day I strive to help visual learners like myself and inspire a love of learning choosing creative approaches that keep students invested and excited throughout the process.
