Approach
As a tutor, I believe that all students can meet their academic goals if they receive the right support. I work to tailor the structure of sessions to meet the student's learning styles and academic needs. I also recognize the value of providing feedback from a strengths-based perspective. My goal is to capitalize on the student's strengths while also targeting improvement areas. In my experience, this approach helps students feel confident about their abilities and supports academic success!
