About Me

I am patient, fun, and caring. I interact and talk to people from all walks of life. I meet people where they are and we go on a journey of learning together.

Experience

I am a Supervisory Program Specialist at a federal government agency. I have several certificates in MS Office Suite applications. I serve as a mentor to high school students and professionals in the workforce. I managed a mentoring program. I participated in a program called "Everybody Wins" where I helped elementary students with reading comprehension.

Approach

My approach is first assessing where the student is in his/her learning mode/celebrating wins excessively to build confidence and handling challenges by breaking them down into smaller components, allowing for smaller wins and rewarding students.
