About Me
I am an actor/educator who was born and raised in Miami, FL. I am fully bilingual and love to teach, sing, act, and dance! From math to reading there is joy in all the subjects I tutor.
Experience
I write lesson plans for The Drama Theatre Academy and Creative Learning Company surrounding making STEAM more creative. Through Drama Theatre Academy I create theatre and English lessons (especially pertaining to Shakespeare). My lesson plans are inclusive and focus on creating brave spaces for students.
At The REV Theatre Company, I taught K-5th and used my theatre techniques to teach English and Science.
Approach
I seek to create joy and imagination in all I teach. Math doesn't have to be boring! I also understand that there are many different ways students learn and I want to use techniques that are best for the student. It is a collaboration to make sure the student learns the most and gets the most out of our sessions!
