About Me

I am currently a teacher at the Grace Academy! I teach English, History, Bible, and Art! I love teaching. I started to pursue my master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management. I love helping nonprofits and I am working on starting a career in Grant writing for nonprofits!

Experience

I am very experienced when it comes to teaching. I had my first teaching position when I graduated high school during the Summer before I left for college. I worked at the Boys & Girls Club of West Plains. I would teach students in subjects such as STEM, Computers, P.E., Social studies; Language Arts; and Art. I would also help cook and serve meals to students during lunchtime. Upon graduating college, I worked a position at a residential treatment center for troubled teens and helped teenagers

Approach

I always make class fun and enjoyable for the student. I always integrate many different rewards and games to make learning not only fun but in comprehensive way so that they will remember. I use different props and flashcards to make your child's educational experience fun and well-rounded.
