About Me

I am a recent graduate from Arizona State University, where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics. During the time I spent earning my degree, I was an instructional assistant for many mathematics courses at the university level. Following graduation, I spent some time teaching high school mathematics. I have extensive knowledge of high school mathematics, introductory mathematics courses at the university level including the full calculus sequence and many statistics courses, and test prep practices for the math portion of many standardized tests such as the ACT, SAT, and GRE.

Experience

I have been a mathematics instructor and instructional assistant at a high school and college.

Approach

I find that there are often times many ways of looking at a problem, and sometimes one way of looking at a problem is better for certain students. I consistently seek to find a way of looking at a problem for each individual student’s needs so that they may be successful in their courses, while simultaneously being able to better understand their course material.
