I am a nurse with experience in Adult Med-Surg/Telemetry as well as Outpatient Pediatrics.

I can bring to life the textbook knowledge you have learned through my real-life experiences.

I hope to instill this confidence in my students when it comes to taking their exams and especially the NCLEX.

I look forward to working with you all!

Experience

I tutored many students on numerous topics while I was a junior in nursing school. This carried over after graduation where I tutored a handful of classmates for the NCLEX.

Due to my careful planning and preparation, I walked into the test with overwhelming confidence. I was able to pass the NCLEX with a minimum of 75 questions.

Approach

Through my tutoring experience, I recognized that students have different ways they learn. I try my best to cater to how people learn but at the same time add my own spin on teaching. I wholeheartedly believe that questioning students is a very effective way in helping them learn a concept. Additionally, seeing as how the NCLEX is a question-heavy test, I focus on practice questions to get the student accustomed to what they will experience when they take the real test.
