About Me

I work for Hexcel, this facility produces commercial aerospace and defense/space products. I learn something new every day, it keeps me on my toes.

Experience

I do train and teach operators/personnel about new and/or current processes. Each person needs to be signed off once they've been properly trained. I would consider this experience in a way; since it's teaching incomers as to why we do certain processes/steps a certain way.

Approach

When training/teaching, you want to demonstrate a process all the way through. It's nice to also demonstrate the science behind the processes, so the trainee truly understands process (there's a good chance they'll think of science next time they come across the process).
