Fun Facts

A fun fact about me is that I grew up near New York. Some weekends, I would ride the train in and spend the day walking around. I also have a twin sister, who is very dear to me! I speak English, Spanish, and Chinese. My favorite hobby is baking.

About Me

I am a student at the University of Tennessee, majoring in Accounting and minoring in Chinese. When I graduate, I plan to earn a Master of Accountancy degree. I hope to work somewhere where I can use other languages in my job.

Experience

Math Tutoring:
I have been tutoring math for all ages since my junior year of high school, and am currently a Peer Learning Assistant at my University.

Language tutoring:
I have taught English for three years to students of all backgrounds. I have worked with anyone from kindergarteners to retirees. I can help with test prep, conversational skills, or whatever else you might need. I've aced all my Spanish and Chinese classes, so I can help you out there too!

Approach

I am patient and supportive of my students. I'm also enthusiastic because language and math are fun for me! One of my main goals is to make you feel comfortable with making mistakes during class so you can learn from them.
