Fun Facts

One passion people quickly learn about me is that I love to cook, especially for friends and family! Any time I have a chance, you will find me in the kitchen. I learned how to cook from my mother, who was always willing to teach me complicated recipes.

About Me

I am a K-2 Literacy Coach in the Bronx, NY. I've been in education leadership for two years. Before formally transitioning to administration, I taught for 8 years. I began teaching in September 2014, I graduated from Fordham University in 2016 with a master's in Childhood Education 1-6. I taught first grade - fourth grade.

I taught for 8 years K-12.

Approach

I believe all children have the capacity to learn when they are met where they are. I believe in getting to know a child and using what they like and what they find exciting to tutor.
