Fun Facts

One of my most favorite hobbies when I have downtime is painting. I don't do it much, but when I do I throw on my favorite music and podcasts and I go for it. I also have always loved playing the flute and drums!

About Me

I am studying Kinesiology and am a mother to a spunky autistic six-year-old, she keeps me on my toes constantly. She and I love watching movies together!

Experience

I have worked as an after-school teacher for three years, helping elementary students while also helping occasionally middle and high school volunteers with homework.

Approach

Growing up, I found I struggled with understanding concepts a lot which caused me to struggle and work more to grasp information clearly. I also learned in college I was taught that I was studying wrong my entire college career. I do my best to incorporate different learning styles as much as possible and encourage myself to take breaks when needed.
