Some fun facts about me are I played competitive golf from ages 7 - 18 and I write films in my free time!

About Me

I am a recent graduate of Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and studied Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship! I am passionate about living a creative life, and love screenwriting, photography, crocheting, pottery, painting...really anything in the arts! I have always excelled in English, and find writing stories a beautiful experience.

Experience

As a tutor at Executive Function Specialists, I worked with students who had learning disabilities including ADHD and anxiety to help them through their homework and plan a monthly schedule for them to get their work done on time. Here, I helped with a variety of subjects including English, math, and writing.

Approach

I believe that there is creativity and joy to be found in all learning. When I was a student, it was difficult for me to get through some assignments because I couldn't find the joy in them. Now I understand that, with a change in perspective, there are many ways to find the positive in learning. I approach tutoring with patience, kindness, and an understanding that we each learn at our own pace.
