Fun Facts
I have a collection of over 100 plus ballcaps. I have collected them since I was in high school and I am trying to get a hat from every Division 1 University. In my spare time, I like to play the keyboard and try all the new restaurants that the city has to offer as I am a big foodie.
About Me
I am originally from Ohio and moved down to the city about a year ago in a remote position. Currently, assist former professional athletes and help them with their career development and educational development once they retire from their sports.
Experience
My background is in Academic Advising where I assisted college athletes in helping them stay on track toward graduation. We were critical in their development from their freshman to their senior years. Also, I served as a paraprofessional at the elementary level for one of our local charter schools in Ohio.
Approach
I believe everyone can learn, but it is important to meet them where they are and work toward their strengths. Learning can be difficult if you only approach it one way and you have to be diverse in the way that you teach. Encouragement and repetition will lead to more efficient results.
