Witnessing its impact inspired me to become an educator—not just for fellow professionals, but especially for the public. After all, the Real Estate Licensing Act is designed to protect them!!

Diementre C. Silas (also known as Mechie Silas) is a Licensed Managing Broker across seven states: Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Texas.

With more than 27 years of industry experience, CBA Realty, Corp. has been providing expert real estate services since 1997. Currently, a member of the National Association of Realtors since 1997 - double Master - MBA/Project Management - Entrepreneur / Business Owner for over 25 years coupled with work experience in the banking and insurance industries.

Approach

Working with an adult student is rewarding for two reasons, you are never too old to learn and an adult student more than not wants to be in the learning environment to better their career or they're Why in wanting to become a licensee. I like to relate the material to real-life experiences this helps the student to retain the concept - with learning the vocabulary and real estate math students should feel confident when sitting for the National & State Exam.
