I was born in the Dominican Republic. I am fluent in Spanish and English. I worked with children on the autism spectrum for 20+ years. I love music and I enjoy teaching science.

I am a mother of three daughters. I enjoy the beach and spending time with my daughters. I love music and have been a teacher since I was 19 years old.
Experience
I have been working in Lawrence Public Schools for about 11 years. I have worked with elementary and middle school students. I have worked with a variety of students and provided accommodation as needed.
Approach
Learning happens both ways. It should be a cooperative learning approach. Learning to me should be student-led vs. teacher-led and hands-on learning is a must.
