About Me

I have received my math education degree from Penn State Main. During my college years and after I have had an ample amount of experience working with children. I have experience virtually and in person. I have taught 5th grade math and science. I have been a building substitute in a k-5 school. I have also supervised and taught as a camp counselor for several summer programs. I love helping others learn. Math, poetry, reading, and art are all things that interest me! I try to put my personality into my work and really have fun and be creative!

Approach

I understand each learner is different so I tailor instruction to each individuals needs by getting to know them and assessing their strengths and weaknesses. I like to have goals set and met. I also believe instruction should be fun so I add multimodal activities in each lesson.
