Study Skills Tutoring

I am currently a college student, and when I have organized my self to study and take the time to learn the material I have been able to pass my courses with A's and B's. I have also been able to pass on my study techniques and modified versions of my study techniques to help my peers when they have asked or I noticed they were struggling with a certain topic.

Elementary Statistics Tutoring

I have taken two statistics courses in college, honors statistics and behavorial statistics. While taking these classes I was able to help struggling students pull their grades up and obtain a better understanding of the topic.

Psychology Tutoring

I am a psychology major set to graduate in December of 2023. My best grades have been in my psychology courses. I understand the subject in a way most people don't and I tend to bring dynamic views to my classes. I love discussing psychology and helping those who may be struggling with it.

Communication Tutoring

Communication was a requirement for my degree, I was able to learn and retain most of the information from the course. I also have helped other student to create and present their ideas in a choesive and clear way.

Statistics Tutoring

Homework Coach Tutoring

I have helped elementary age children with their homework in a constructive and organized way. I nurture an enviroment that allows children to love doing their work and recieve good marks. I have also helped kids to learn how to prioritize and orgnaize their homework in a way that works for them.

Microsoft PowerPoint Tutoring

I have worked with PowerPoint for 15 years, I have also taken courses that deep dive in to PowerPoint, and have made numerus presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Reading Tutoring

I worked at a daycare the skills to teach children how to read was necessary to maintain employment. I have taken many courses on elementary education and reading strategies, and maintained my certification for 2 years.

I have also worked with older students on reading comprehension particularly with college students in a wide range of topics.

Microsoft Word Tutoring

I am a student and as such almost all my courses have mandated the use of Microsoft Word. I have had experience with this product for 20 years and have learned how to do things that the average user does not know how to do.

Basic Computer Skills Tutoring

I studied as a computer science major for two years, as a result I have learned the in's and out's of computers. In my spare time I help people learn how to perform basic tasks on their PC in a way they can understand and remember. I am always happy to answer any questions when it comes to computer use.

Writing Advance Tutoring

I have taken a course in technical writng, and the majority of my classes are writing intensive, this gives me a strong base to help others with their writing skills.

The lowest grade that I have ever gotten on a writing assignment is a 90, and most of my professors say that my written contributions to class are excellent.
