Reading is my drug of choice. History, Fiction, Historical Fiction — I’ve been all over the world and so many times through the reading I’ve done.

About Me

I am a retired teacher and a current tutor with many years of experience working with high school, college, and adult students. I’ve also been a Costume Designer for dance, musical, and film productions.

Experience

I’ve taught and tutored high school and college students in many subjects including History, English, Theater, Dance, and Sewing.

Approach

I’ve always approached teaching with the attitude that my students are all A+ achievers until they prove otherwise. I believe in humor when appropriate as it breaks the tension, and plenty of affirmation and encouragement along the way.
