I was born 21 years after my eldest sister, who had my niece Cass the year before I was born.

About Me

I am a working behavioral health hospital pharmacy director with expertise and knowledge in math, chemistry, psychology, and pharmacy. I graduated with my Doctor of Pharmacy in 2018 and my Bachelor's in Chemistry with a minor in Psychology in 2013, both from the University of New Mexico.

Experience

During my undergraduate studies, I served as a tutor in general and organic chemistry which fueled my passion for teaching and mentoring. I would attend assigned classes and then create 3 group tutoring sessions a week based on the presented material. I also served as a drop-in tutor for all chemistry subjects.

Approach

I have seen firsthand how proper tutoring can benefit students of many backgrounds and subjects. I observe and learn a student's preferred method of learning and use that to apply and present information in a helpful manner to foster a positive learning environment.
