One passion people quickly learn about me is that I LOVE golf! Any time I have a chance, you will find me playing or studying the sport. I have visited many countries such as France, Canada, and England. I enjoy singing and dancing. Someday soon, I hope to learn to swing dance.

About Me

I am a teacher in the World languages field. I have been teaching in many countries such as Canada; Ivory Coast; Germany, USA...I hold a bachelor's degree in Sociology and many teaching Certificates in languages. I am currently teaching in a school at elementary and middle school in Washington D.C. I am studying to be a Math and Science teacher as well.

Experience

I have experience for more than 7 years in teaching World languages in different countries. I have taught in California at an elementary school with immersion in French and Spanish. I have also taught for many private companies in Canada and Germany, always, in French and English. Besides the World language field experience, I am a Math and STEM columbia/washington">tutor as well. I have been teaching at a company in Canada in these fields. I have experience in teaching adults in Math and ESOL.

Approach

I use many methods according to the backgrounds, levels, and educational systems used by the schools to teach their students. For kids and teens most of the time, I use visual, audio, realia, puppets, and other cues to get them engaged and interact. For adolescents, I use more worksheets; drills; and homework for their practice. For adults, I use recommended methods in andragogy to teach them Reading, ESOL, Alphabet.. and appropriate methods for computer science' typing) and Math lessons.
