About Me

My name is Breanne Saldivar, a Graduate Student whose focus is Mental Health Counseling with experience in Veterinary Medicine, working with children, and Laboratory work. An organized, hardworking, and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Very passionate about mental health and seeking opportunities to help others with their challenges through life and apply what I have learned throughout my education.

Experience

Having graduated from Texas A&M with a major in psychology, and a minor in Biomedical Sciences, well am currently enrolled at Houston Christian University for my master's degree in mental health counseling. I have gathered and retained much knowledge throughout my years and am ready to tutor anyone in need. Both of my parents are teachers in education, so I used to tutor and volunteer for them when they needed help with their students.

Approach

As someone who grew up with ADD, it was very hard for me to stay focused and actually comprehend what I was learning while I was in school. I want to be able to help all struggling kids, adolescents, teens, and young adults who are in need of academic assistance in school. By using visuals and hands-on learning methods, I believe that I can help students in need.
