My name is Sheilah and I am from Oklahoma!
Sign language is my life.
I have been interpreting since 12 and then, at 18, because certified to interpret professionally.

Experience

I have been interpreting professionally since 2004. I am a member of OKRID.
I have worked in various settings (mental health, medical, education, etc); however, my passion is teaching and
musical interpretation.

Approach

No two students learn the same. It is imperative that an educator use differentiated instruction and figure out which type of learning style their student(s) have in order to be the most successful. Every lesson that I will teach is customized and tailored for each individual student and their need(s). I use the college curriculum to create my lesson plans.
