About Me

I have taught high school math for 18 years. This is my second career. I was previously an accountant.

Experience

As a high school math teacher, I have taught Algebra I, Algebra II, and Geometry. I have tutored students both at work and have served as a personal tutor for many struggling students.

Approach

Many students have a fear of math for many reasons. Students believe that math is extremely hard and impossible. I like to show the students different strategies to use to help them to understand.
