About Me

I am a veteran teacher with a dual background in education, art history, fine arts studio practices, and foreign languages I tier my lessons to engage learners, offer flexibility, but structure, and love helping students succeed academically and socially.

Experience

As a former classroom teacher, Title 1 Coordinator, school data manager, blended learning grant manager, and online and offline teacher, I have experience helping students succeed, no matter their struggle. From language arts to math, foreign language to art, I have a broad array of experiences to help learners master their academic area of need.

Approach

I believe positive reinforcement, praise, and kind words go a long way. I meet students where they are and build on their strengths to scaffold my teaching and tier learning to what is most comfortable.
